All dinners include HC Valentine Regular & Decaffeinated Coffee, Lot 35 Teas with milk, honey & lemon.

Minimum Reception Is 25 People or a $10 per Person Surcharge Will Apply. These Action Stations are in addition to the presence of a dinner buffet, some restrictions may apply.

All Action Stations require a Chef – a Chef Attendant’s fee of $150 per chef (minimum of 2 hours) is applicable.
One Chef is required per 75 guests.

All charges are subject to 5% GST. All food & beverage prices are subject to a mandatory surcharge of which 67% of the surcharge is a gratuity that is distributed to the Hotel’s servers and, as appropriate other staff and the remaining 33% of the surcharge is retained (and not distributed as a tip or gratuity to the Hotel employees) by the hotel.
