Terms & Conditions

Must be booked as a minimum 2 night stay – February 9 & 10, 2024. Pre/Post rates are being offered February 6, 7, 8 and February 11, 12, 13. Pre/Post rates are for accommodation only and are dependent on the type of room reserved.

Guests must be ages 18+ to attend this event.

Cancellation for a standard room is 14 days prior to arrival and Signature Cabin is 30 days prior to arrival. Cannot be combined with any other offer, package or promotion.

Surcharge

18% Food & Beverage surcharge included, of which 12.06% is a gratuity that is distributed to the Hotel’s servers and, as appropriate, other staff, and the remaining 5.94% is retained by the Hotel.
