#ALLSAFE | Your Safety in Mind
Please know that our top priority remains the safety, care and wellbeing of Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Welcoming, safeguarding and taking care of others is at the very heart of what we do and who we are. At this moment, this means keeping our guests and colleagues safe by preventing the spread of COVID-19 – partnering with top experts to implement new standards of safety and enhanced operational protocols and procedures, which are among the most stringent in the hospitality industry.
As of September 20th, hotel guests and day visitors must provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test at the front desk in the main lobby to access all hotel restaurants, lounges, spas, pools and any meeting or event held on the property. Masks are mandatory in all indoor public spaces as well as maintaining physical distancing between households.
Travelling from outside of Canada?
Please ensure you have read, understood and complied with all Canadian requirements for all foreign nationals and permanent residents travelling into Canada. This includes ArriveCAN’s proof of vaccination documents which are required before crossing the border into Canada.
All travelers outside of Canada should familiarize themselves with the entry requirements of the country they’re departing Canada for. For example, travelers re-entering the US will need to be tested no more than 3 days before traveling by air into the United States and show a negative result to the airline before boarding the flight. Information on testing services in Alberta can be found here.
The new operational standards being implemented at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge and Accor properties across North & Central America were developed and vetted by a team of expert advisors to ensure maximum efficacy in preventing the spread of all viruses and pathogens.
