Experience is offered as a two-night package. 14-day advance Purchase is required. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. 30-day cancellation is required to avoid the full stay penalty.
Helicopter operations and landing locations are subject to weather, visibility, and operational conditions. All participants in the helicopter experience will be required to sign a waiver and attend a safety briefing prior to takeoff. The experience, route, or timing may be modified, postponed, or cancelled at the operator’s discretion to ensure guest safety. If the helicopter portion cannot operate, Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge will offer alternative arrangements or date options where possible. In the event of inclement weather where an alternative date or experience is not possible to the guest’s satisfaction, a refund option will be provided.
