The hotel has two fully accessible rooms located in the Main Lodge. These rooms have two double beds and an unobstructed walkway. The bathrooms have a roll-in shower, lowered vanity and safety rails. Airport shuttles are available via Sundog Transportation and Tours from the Calgary International Airport and Edmonton International Airport to Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge with regularly scheduled service. Schedules and rates are subject to change without notice.

Yes. The Royal Service Department is pleased to offer full dry cleaning, pressing, and laundry services, seven days a week. Same day service can be provided for items received by 9:00am, and will be returned by 6:00pm. Laundry bags with the price list can be found in every guest room.

Yes. Bell staff are located at the entrance of the main lodge of the hotel, and will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

Our Bell staff also offer a 24-hour on-property shuttle service. If you need any assistance please dial extension 55 from your room.
