How to Request a Visit
If you are a blogger or photographer specializing in luxury travel, adventure, wellness, golf, culinary experiences, or nature-based travel, we welcome the opportunity to explore working together. We evaluate all collaboration opportunities based on a variety of factors and, due to the high volume of requests we receive, are unable to support every inquiry. We welcome creators from all backgrounds. As part of our commitment to diversity and representation, we are currently prioritizing partnerships with BIPOC content creators and amplifying underrepresented voices. Please review the guidelines carefully to determine whether your brand and content aligns with ours prior to applying.

Below are our minimum requirements for influencers:
• Preferred Channels – Instagram & Blog
• Minimum of 100,000 Instagram followers
• Minimum ER: 2%
Due to high-demand periods throughout the year, our mountain resorts may be unable to accommodate collaboration visits on select dates. While specific blackout periods are listed below, additional dates may be added as business levels require.
Current blackout periods include:
- June through September
- Holidays & Special Events
- Dates are Subject to Change
- Additional dates as determined by occupancy and business levels
Blackout periods are subject to change.
The best opportunities for influencer and media visits are typically during mid-week stays and the shoulder and winter seasons.
How It Works
We encourage collaboration requests from bloggers and photographers whose content aligns with our brand and guest experience. To be considered, please submit a completed Request Form at least four weeks prior to your proposed visit date.
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive, we are unable to accommodate every request.
If approved, collaboration deliverables and social media tagging requirements will be provided prior to your visit. Deliverables are determined based on factors such as audience size, engagement, length of stay, and the experiences included in your itinerary.
