We’ll take care of every detail, allowing you to focus on embracing the joy of your special day. Your Minimony ceremony package includes the following as part of the base offering:
Base packages start at $3,700 + GST
- Onsite ceremony location
- Signing table with white linen and white wedding chair or standing cocktail table with white linen
- White wedding chairs
- Floral package with our in-house florist
- Sparkling wine at ceremony
- Fruited water station (summer) or hot chocolate station (winter)
- Ceremony rehearsal*
- Backup indoor space in case of inclement weather**
- Access to our scenic grounds for wedding photography
- Valet parking
- Complimentary guestroom upgrade based on availability
- Dedicated wedding sales manager
- Gratuities
*Ceremony rehearsals are scheduled based on availability between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM the day prior to your ceremony.
** The weather call will be made on the morning of your wedding. Once the decision is made, the selected venue will be set. If you wish to prepare both indoor and outdoor venues in advance, an additional fee will apply.
Maximum 20 guests
Minimum of 30 days’ notice, this package is perfect for couples seeking a meaningful experience without the stress of a large-scale event.
Please note that audio-visual services are not included in the Minimony Package. If you wish to incorporate ceremony or reception music, microphones, or other AV elements, these must be arranged directly through our in-house audio-visual provider, Encore. On request, our team will be happy to connect you with Encore to discuss available options and ensure your celebration is supported with the right technical enhancements.

Fairmont Winter Minimony Package Includes:

Weather Restrictions:
- Outdoor ceremonies are not permitted when temperatures fall below -10°C
Outdoor ceremonies are not permitted if the venue is too icy or snow covered to safely clear
