Join us on Saturday night for a dining experience you won’t soon forget. Our culinary team will be serving Apricot and Herb Stuffed Leg of Lamb from our live carving station. This delicious dish comes complete with roasted maple glazed heirloom vegetables, creamy Yukon mashed potatoes, Saskatoon and rosemary jus and warm brioche with honey molasses butter.
