Turkey to Go from Fairmont Chateau Whistler’s Portobello Deli features slow roasted free-run turkey, traditional stuffing, baked yams and buttermilk whipped potatoes, roasted BC root vegetables with thyme and maple syrup, pan gravy and of course, Chef’s famous Spiced Pumpkin Pie. Portobello’s Turkey to Go serves approximately six to eight adults and costs $249 CAD plus tax and gratuity. This October 19-20, Fairmont Chateau Whistler and Mountain Galleries at the Fairmont are again collaborating to create ‘Trees of Hope’, a unique weekend for artists and art aficionados alike.
