Join us for a new, intimate event hosted by Christmas in November alumni Chefs, Vikram Vij and Michael Allemeier, along with special guest Giselle Courteau of Duchess Bakery. Escape to Jasper to enjoy culinary delights all weekend long. Start by stepping back in time for a ‘Roaring 20s’ themed dinner reception, complete with live music and prohibition style cocktails plus food stations.

Spend your Saturday relaxing at the pool, in the lounge, or by sampling beer, wine, charcuterie and cheese. That night experience a dinner like no other – let Vikram and Michael take you on a culinary journey through their 25 year food-filled friendship. They will be preparing a multi-course dinner for you, with corresponding stories, throughout the evening.

Sunday features a takeover of the Jasper Park Lodge Pastry Shop for the “Sparkling Jazz Brunch.” Giselle and the Duchess team will be whipping up a beautiful offering of sweet and savoury treats served on your own brunch tower, accompanied by mimosas and music by the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra Brass.
