Enhance the experience with guided breathwork, lavender cooling cloths, neroli facial mist, and the option to linger by a fireside tea ceremony or unwind in the hot tub and pool. It’s a moment of balance, clarity, and quiet indulgence – crafted to leave you refreshed and renewed.

2 Sessions Daily : 10 a.m. & 2 p.m.

Available for up to 8 people per session

Includes: Guided breathwork, outdoor barrel sauna ritual with aromatherapy, glacial cold plunge, and post-experience relaxation touches like lavender cooling cloths and Neroli mist

Dates: Year-Round

Cost: $89 per person, plus applicable taxes and fees

Duration: 90 minutes (sauna – plunge – recovery)

Recommended attire: Towels, robes, and water shoes are provided. Please bring a swimsuit and winter hat such as a toque or beanie.
