Vibration Meditation for the Body is an all-levels class and an opportunity to lay back and relax as the beautiful sounds and tones of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Brass Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, rain sticks and other therapeutic percussion instruments wash over you whilst you rest on a comfortable yoga mat with cushions and blankets.

Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) is a powerful combination of vibration and tones used to induce an immediate state of relaxation and stress reduction.

This effective technique allows for the sound waves and vibrations to penetrate the body at a cellular level and encourages your body to rest so it can heal itself. Vibrational Sound Therapy is used to:
