Strawberry Rhubarb Flip Cocktail

#FairmontLoveFebruary. Love is in the air! The fragrance of a smoky rosemary sprig trails in the breeze. Notes of opulent oak, toffee and peach, kiss your lips in this delightfully balanced cocktail. Sip and savor the confessions of this beautifully written Love Note!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Suntory Toki
  • 1 ½ oz Peach Cinnamon Cyrup
  • ½ oz Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Cranberry Juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Rosemary sprig for garnish

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass
  • Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a rocks glass with ice
  • Use torch to smoke the rosemary spring for garnish
