The Wishing Tree
The Wishing Tree is a heartfelt festive experience inviting guests to turn simple seasonal moments into meaningful support for Make-A-Wish Canada.
Set just off the reception area of the Golf Clubhouse, the Wishing Tree invites you to pause during your stay and share a wish of your own while helping grant life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. From December 23, 2025 to January 15, 2026, the tree will gradually “bloom” with handwritten messages of hope, kindness, and gratitude from guests around the world.
How it works
- From December 23, 2025 to January 15, 2026 guests are invited to purchase a festive wish tag for $5.00 CAD from the Winter Activity Centre, with all proceeds donated to Make-A-Wish Canada as part of Fairmont’s collection of Make-A-Wish Festive Experiences.
- Personalize your wish tag and hang it on our dedicated Wishing Tree, located across from Stanley’s Kitchen & Bar (Clubhouse, 1st Floor).
- Whether you wish for adventure, connection, or brighter days ahead for someone in need, each tag helps fill the tree, with the spirit of generosity.
