Hatha Yoga
An accessible, challenging, healthy all-level yoga sequence linked with breath. This Hatha practice will develop flexibility, strength and alignment. Postures are held for 3 to 5 rounds of breath- giving you plenty of time to set up the postures in a safe, sustainable way. Breath and meditation techniques will conclude the practice. Great for beginners and experienced students.
