Current – October 10, 2025
What: The outdoor heated pool and hot tub at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge will be closed for essential maintenance and renovations.
When: September 20 to October 10, 2025.
Why: This work is part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring the highest standards of luxury, safety, and relaxation for all guests.
Supplementary Information to Note During Construction Period:

- All other wellness facilities, including the Health Club, sauna, steam rooms, showers, and Fairmont Spa, will remain open.
- Guests enjoy complimentary access to the Jasper Aquatic Center with shuttle service every 90 minutes.
- Each guest room booking receives a $50 Boathouse credit (per room, per stay)
- Some daytime noise and minor disruptions may occur in some regions of the resort.
October 10 – November 3, 2025
What: Major renovations are commencing in the Main Lodge at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, leading to the planned relocation of Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Services to the Golf Clubhouse.
When: Preparations take place through November 2, with the official move and new operations starting at 7 a.m. on November 3, 2025. Complete property enhancements are scheduled through June 2026.
Why: These changes are part of a multi-million-dollar project to elevate guest comfort, update amenities, and introduce new dining and public spaces for an enhanced resort experience.
Supplementary Information to Note During Pre-Construction Period:

- All guest services (Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Services) remain in the Main Lodge until November 3, then relocate to the Golf Clubhouse for the duration of renovations.
- Orso is open for all-day dining (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) through November 7. Fitzhugh’s remains open; the Great Hall and Emerald Lounge are closed for renovation.
- Lower lobby access is available via Orso, Tent City, and Bank doors; clear signage will direct guests following changes.
- All wellness facilities, including the Health Club, pool, Fairmont Spa, sauna, steam rooms, showers, and Golf Simulator, remain open.
- Some daytime noise and temporary disruptions are expected near construction zones; hoarding and signage are in place to minimize impact and guide guests.
November 4, 2025 – Renovation Completion (Spring 2026)
What: Major renovations are underway at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, transforming guest rooms, dining venues, and public spaces to elevate the mountain resort experience. Guest services, including the Front Desk and Concierge, are now hosted in the Golf Clubhouse for the duration of the project.
When: Renovations in the Main Lodge and across the property continue through Spring 2026. Construction and service adjustments began in early November 2025.
Why: This project is part of a multi-million-dollar commitment to luxury, comfort, and the unique heritage of Jasper Park Lodge—creating refreshed accommodations, new culinary offerings, and reimagined public spaces that celebrate the natural surroundings of Jasper National Park.
During the Construction Period:

- Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Services are located in the Golf Clubhouse; clear signage directs all guests.
- Dining: Orso is open for dinner and select breakfasts; Stanley’s restaurant opens in the Clubhouse on November 7, serving all meals while the Great Hall, the Nook, and Emerald Lounge remain closed for renovations. Fitzhugh’s Café is open until Easter 2026.
- Wellness facilities, including the Health Club, Winter Activity Center, Pool and Golf Simulator, remain fully accessible.
- The Fairmont Spa will remain open and operational, alternating services between the Spa and Courtview Cabin, based on construction noise.
- A property-wide shuttle will operate throughout fall and winter for guest convenience.
- Access: Lower lobby entrances remain open unless otherwise noted. Some areas may have construction hoarding and signage to guide guests.
- Noise & Service Updates: Active construction means intermittent daytime noise and minor visual disruptions are possible in certain zones.
- Commitment to Guests: The resort team is dedicated to minimizing inconvenience and ensuring guest comfort throughout the renovation period.
